Outpatient Services

Our professionals will help you initiate your journey to wellness and recovery. After an initial comprehensive evaluation of your needs and symptoms, they will formulate a treatment plan to meet these needs in a timely and safe manner. Through follow up appointments, they will monitor and treat your target signs and symptoms using evidence-based treatment modalities.

Psychopharmacological Interventions

Our medical professionals are highly experienced in treating mental health disorders utilizing the safest evidence-based medications. We treat psychiatric conditions such as mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, traumatic disorders, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorders, personality disorders, substance use disorders, psychosomatic disorders, dementias, as well as the spectrum of neuropsychiatric conditions.

Psychotherapy and Counseling

Psychotherapy and counseling are an essential component of mental health treatment. Through individual or group sessions, our licensed therapists use evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address all conditions and age groups.

Case Management Services

Our patients with more severe conditions and limited support systems could access the services of one of our case managers to assist them in navigating their care provided across disciplines within our center as well as in the community.

Assertive Community Treatment Program (ACT)

Our ACT program brings needed care to patients their community. This program is designed to help individuals who are diagnosed with severe mental health and co-occuring medical or substance use conditions and who need a higher intensity outpatient treatment. Our ACT team operates as one integrated unit that includes psychiatrists, nursing staff, social workers, therapists, case mangers, substance use disorders counselors and vocational specialists who communicate regularly to coordinate your treatment interventions and monitor your progress towards your goals

Partial Hospital Program

Patients who suffer from severe psychiatric symptoms and/or substance use disorder symptoms leading to inability to function normally in the community can receive a highly intense treatment service where they spend a few hours a day at our facility receiving individual and group therapy as well as intense psychopharmacological interventions and case management. The goal is to provide specialized care to improve a worsening condition in order to prevent hospitalization or as a step down from a higher level of care such as an inpatient hospitalization or inpatient rehabilitation.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Individuals with severe mental health symptoms, especially if accompanied by substance use disorders, may need a higher intensity of treatment. Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) fills that gap in treatment between regular outpatient visits and higher levels of care such as partial hospitalization programs, an inpatient hospitalization or inpatient rehabilitation programs. In IOP, you will receive individual and group therapy as well as medication management and case management services for a minimum of 10 hours a week.

ASCEND Program

ASCEND is our highly specialized program for the treatment of substance use disorders. It caters multiple levels of care to your treatment needs. It includes a high intensity and low intensity residential program, partial Hospitalization programs ( PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP) and Outpatient medical and counseling services. Our residential program provides you with the highest level of care based on the criteria of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.
